The war is over, and the rift is closed. Peace spread its wings over the land once more. But before long, new enemy reveal itself. The prophecies say that only the prince of the east can stop this new evil from the north. And so Prince Arutha becomes a target for a band of assassins, who do not die easy, but continue to fight as zombies even in death. And so they try to kill him with a poison arrow, but Anita is hit instead. The hunt for the antidote, only known as Silverthorn begins.
It was fun, but not that special as the first two books was, but still well worth to read by most. I had to read this book in Norwegian, and so, cannot comment the written language in this book too much. The story builds up pretty neatly, and makes you read the sequel, which seems promising.
